From June to July 2024, I was one of 21 interns at the LSU Coastal Ecosystem Design Studio in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I worked as a design intern in an interdisciplinary group consisting of a Landscape Architecture graduate, Madison Megrath, an Architecture student, Timilehin Ogunsola, an Urban Planning student, Justin Harris, and an Environmental Engineering student, Fuad Hasan. Our group was tasked with solving flooding and accessibility issues within New Orleans through stormwater management and design strategies.
